What’s Included:
Your canvas will be professionally framed by The FrameShop, a trusted partner in high-quality art presentation.

Most framed canvases include:

  • A wooden tray frame (typically light oak or similar) chosen to complement the scale and tones of the work

  • Floating finish to reveal the edges of the canvas and create a clean, contemporary look

  • Option for a custom-painted frame to match or soften the transition from artwork to wall (on request)

    • This framing service is only available for original canvas artworks by Finbar McHugh that are currently available to purchase through this website. It does not apply to previously sold pieces or any artworks purchased elsewhere.

  • Framing requires an additional 15 business days before your artwork is ready to ship or collect.

    • Studio Collection: You’re welcome to collect your framed artwork from Galway City. The studio will contact you directly to arrange a collection time.

    • Ireland Delivery: Framed works are securely packaged, insured, and shipped via Cara Bay, ensuring safe delivery to your door.

    • International Orders: Framed canvas artworks can be shipped internationally via Cara Bay, with full insurance and careful packaging. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.

    • Add your selected canvas artwork from the shop to your cart — if framing is available for that piece, it will be clearly stated on the product page

    • Select the correct size option for framing (as indicated on the artwork listing) and add this Framing – Canvas | Add On as a separate product
