A Soul Painting Session is an opportunity to book a painting created especially for you.

We meet online via Zoom and I create an original artwork live during our time together. The process is guided by deep presence and intuitive awareness, allowing colour and imagery to emerge naturally in the moment.

The outcome is a finished, one-of-a-kind painting made specifically for you.

About the Process

We start by taking a moment to arrive and settle into the session.

If it feels right, we speak briefly about what is present for you at this time. I work with a strong sensitivity to energy and emotional tone, developed over many years of practice, and this informs the direction of the painting, including its colour, movement, and imagery.

I then create the painting live using oil pastels. You are welcome to sit quietly, observe, or simply rest while the work unfolds.

Each painting is created intuitively. I do not work from requests or predefined themes. What comes through during our time together becomes the finished piece.

The live painting process lasts approximately 60 minutes. Please allow up to 75 minutes in total so there is time to settle in and close the session gently.

  • Each Soul Painting is:

    • An original oil pastel artwork

    • Created on artist-grade acid-free paper

    • A5 size (14.8 × 21 cm / 5.8 × 8.3 inches)

    • Made live during our session

    • Signed and dated

    No two paintings are ever the same. Each work reflects the atmosphere and presence of the moment in which it was created.

    After the session, the artwork can be:

    • Collected from the studio at no additional cost

    • Posted to you (shipping calculated at booking)

  • Soul Painting Sessions are held online via Zoom.

    In-person sessions are occasionally available depending on location and schedule. If you are interested in meeting in person, please enquire before booking.

    The artwork unfolds through intuitive awareness rather than direction. There are no revisions or specific requests — the painting that emerges during our time together is complete in itself.

  • Price: €150

    Duration: 60 minutes live creation (please allow 75 minutes total)

    Collection from the studio is free.
    Shipping is available and calculated at booking based on location.

  • If you would like your Soul Painting posted to you after the session, shipping is available as an add-on at booking.

    Your artwork will be packed with care and sent from Ireland to the address provided at checkout.

    • Paintings are sent by registered and tracked post with An Post

    • Delivery times vary by location

    • Please allow an additional 5 to 15 business days for delivery (this may be longer outside the EU)

    Dispatch Timing
    Please note that there may be up to a six-week lead time from the date of your Soul Painting Session.

    I ship each painting from Ireland, and if I am on residency or travelling at the time of your session, your painting will be sent once I return.

    Customs & Taxes (outside the Republic of Ireland)
    The buyer is responsible for any customs charges, import duties, or taxes that may apply in their country.

    You may be contacted by customs to pay additional fees before your artwork is released for delivery.

  • Add 30 minutes for extra space to settle, tune in, and deepen into the energy of the session.
    This can be a supportive option if you would like more space for clarity to arise through the process, allowing the experience to inform the artwork and offer deeper insight.

I would describe the Soul Painting Session I had with Finbar as both simple and profound. A very calm experience on zoom where Finbar shared what he was seeing and feeling and then moved to colouring what he felt.
