The colors—soft pinks, teals and golds spoke to a part of me that was awakening. Pink, a color I now love, felt distant then, as I was moving through a process of reconnecting with my feminine energy. As I sat with the painting, layers of meaning and emotion revealed a journey of depth, transformation, hope and emergence.

Over time, the painting has continued to evolve with me. Different elements have surfaced at different moments, offering insight, comfort, and connection exactly when I needed them. One of the most magical details was seeing my puppy appear in the imagery before he ever came into my life—a quiet whisper of what was to come. There is a sense of stepping through the veil, of emerging into something new, and that message has carried me through moments when I needed it most.
